MLA Harish Poonja Inaugurates Road Development Works

Beltangadi taluk MLA Mr Harish Poonja inaugurated completion of concrete surfacing  road towards Fr LM Pinto hospital Badyar , Kalenjirodi road and Naikuli Mallipadi road in Padangadi village on June 7. The work was done with government funding of Rs. 1.15 crore.

A felicitation event was held in association with St. Raphael church and  Fr L.M. Pinto Hospital to honor the MLA and panchayat members. Speaking at the falicitation  program Mr Harish Poonja said improved road access will benefit patients and local residents.  he also pledged Rs. 10 lakh from the MLA fund for the new church project . Fr  Roshan Crasta praised the MLA’s people-oriented work.

Several local leaders and former panchayat officials who helped the project were honored on stage. The ceremony was attended by village leaders, church board members, devotees and hospital staff; Santosh Serrao chaired and welcomed the event.
