BASIC ECCLESIAL COMMUNITY MEETING in 

ST.RAPHAEL WARD

As a part of Pastoral Visit,Bishop of Mangalore  Diocese,Most Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, attended the BEC meeting held in St.Raphael ward on 12th October 2025 at the residence of Mr. Richard Goveas. 

Fr. Ivan D'souza , Bishop's secretary, P.P Fr. Roshan Crasta,Sr.Janet Rego, Superior of Bethany Convent and Sr. Saritha graced the meeting. The Ex- Vice Presidents and members of the Parish Pastoral Parishad were present in the meeting. Seven- step Gospel sharing procedure was conducted effectively with the active participation of the ward members.

Bishop in his message appreciated  the ward leaders and ward members for the participation and arrangements.

Ward Leader Mrs. Lilly Rego welcomed the gathering.

Gretta D'costa hosted the meeting. Kevin Dsouza proposed vote of thanks.

The members of the ward offered wishes to the members who  celebrate  their birthday in October. Two families of the ward were felicitated for high attendance in scc meeting. Mrs. Molly Pinto, Ward secretary presented the annual report. The meeting concluded by singing patron's hymn. 

Refreshment was arranged to all. A total of 70 members were present.
