The members of Sacred Heart of Jesus ward celebrated Monthi feast as one big family on 15 September, 2024 at the residence of Mr.Maxim Sequeira. Prayer service was conducted by Rev.Fr Roshan Crasta and ward members, and showering of flowers to Mother Mary took place. Gurkar Mr Santhosh Serrao welcomed the gathering. The ‘Novem’ was blessed and served along with milk as a sign of familial unity. The Ward members whose birthdays and anniversaries are in the month of September were called forward. They were greeted with a wishing song and a cake was cut. Spot games were conducted to entertain the gathering. Prizes were distributed to the winners. Ward Representative Mrs. Zeeta Crasta rendered vote of thanks. Around 80 members were present. The program ended with a delicious food which was voluntarily cooked by the ward members.
